How to make an order?

1. Press the ADD TO CART button
2. Press the View Shopping Cart button or the Cart icon
3. Press the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button
4. Enter your details, email, preferred password, name, address
5. Select shipping method and payment method
6. Press PLACE ORDER button

- You will then be taken to the order confirmation page.
- You you also receive confirmation of your order via email with PDF invoice receipt attached

What payment methods do we accept?

1. Credit and Debit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX using your preferred currency GBP, EUR, USD or AUD
2. PayPal: using your preferred currency GBP, EUR, USD or AUD
3. Bank Wire Transfer: After placing an order you'll receive a "Bank Payment Details" email with a choice to pay in your preferred currency GBP, EUR, USD or AUD
4. Purchase Order: Enter your PO number on the payment page, we will send you all our payment details

- All 4 payment options are available to select on the Final One-Page-Checkout page.

Has my order shipped?

Physical products like a printed book - you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email as soon as it's dispatched.
Selected a tracked shipping service? Your tracking number will be included in the email.

Digital products like eBooks, Videos software/apps, you will immediately receive a separate email with the download/access details, if not, please check your spam folder.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Will digital products be available immediately?

eBooks and Videos - Delivered within 2 minutes of payment via Coach Viewer App on PC, Mac, iOS, Android, Kindle Fire

Software / Apps - Available within 2 minutes of payment on PC, Mac, iPad, Android Tablet and Web

My order never arrived.

If you selected a tracked service, then please track your order from the shipping confirmation email you received. If there is still a problem, reply back to the email and we will investigate.

If you selected a standard service, please reply back to the shipping confirmation email you received and we will investigate.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
