How do I create a Shop account?
Simply place an order and a Shop account will automatically be created for you.
An account for Coach Viewer, Tactics Manager and any other Subscription products share the same login and is separate from the shop account.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password
No problem, it's really quick and easy to change your Shop account password:
1. Click this Forgot Password link
2. Click the Link in the email that you'll receive (check spam folder if you don't)
3. Set a new password

You can download the PDF Sales (Tax / VAT) receipts from within your shop account > My Account > My Orders > Press View Order link > Press Invoices Tab > Click the PDF Invoice link to download it
