A former youth player with Crystal Palace F.C., Gwynne has spent the past twenty years as a professional football coach, specialising in the area of technical development. After leaving Crystal Palace F.C., Gwynne forged a very successful playing career in semi-professional football, making over 1000 senior appearances and culminating in an F.A. Trophy Winner Medal at Wembley with Woking F.C. Gwynne is currently the Academy Technical Coach at Premier League West Ham United F.C. The foundation of Concept4Football is the culmination of those twenty years knowledge and experience. The Curriculum has been devised to aid the technical improvement in Elite Players, but is now being delivered to grassroots.
