Brazilian Soccer Coaching Volume I
This book contains actual training sessions conducted every week with the U16 Academy Team of the Brazilian club, EC Vitoria. Three training sessions from each week cover topics that include: Training the Playmaker, Defending Set Plays, Building from the Back, Brazilian Circuit Training, Ball Possession and Offensive Transition just to name a few. Each session is designed to train the chosen topic with defenders, midfielders or forwards so that the specific demands of each position are addressed. All of the sessions are progressive and show how the team moved from warm-up through the session and ending with a game related activity or small-sided game.

More than 200 easy-to-read diagrams illustrate the sessions along with detailed explanations of the setup, player movements and important coaching points. This combination will enable you to use these practices with your team in a clear and effective way.

Coach Vinicius Dos Santos has coached at the professional level in his native country with EC Vitoria, EC Bahia and Clube Pequeninos do Jockey. This book contains actual training sessions conducted every week with the U18 Academy Team of the Brazilian club, Clube Atlético Mineiro. Two training sessions from each week cover topics that include: 1 v 1 Situations, Defensive Principles, Breaking the Defense Through the Middle, Creating Passing Lanes, Finishing, Attacking Down the Flanks and Offensive and Defensive Support by Midfielders just to name a few. Every session is progressive and shows how the team moved from warm-up through the session and ending with a game related activity or small-sided game.

More than 100 easy-to-read diagrams illustrate the sessions along with detailed explanations of the setup, player movements and important coaching points. This combination will enable you to use these practices with your team in a clear and effective way.
